You name the space, we can remodel it. We love working with families to remodel their homes to create a more personalized space that will be enjoyed by all for years to come.
We believe your home should be your oasis away from the rest of the world (unless you want to invite them in), where you can relax and unwind after a long day.
Why Design/Build?
Design-build is widely used and preferred by homeowners because is a “one point of contact” remodeling process.
This offers high efficiency and is very effective because the general contractor (Nooga Strong Construction) will begin your remodeling experience with the in-home consultation and follow through all the way to a space that has been remodeled with quality materials and labor.
Our Design/Build Remodeling Process
Step 1: The in-home consultation. This is where we’ll discover your vision for your remodeled space as well as your likes and dislikes so we are able to make sure we are the right remodeling contractor for you, as well as making sure you’re the right fit for us as a customer.
Step 2: Providing we mutually feel we’re a good fit for each other, we’ll move on to the design phase of your project. Here we’ll put together drawings, choose materials, and be able to provide you with a visual rendering of your newly remodeled space before we ever drive the first nail.
Step 3: Once you’ve approved the new design, we begin placing material orders, formalizing your projects schedule, and briefing the crew on your specific project as well as bringing select members of our staff to visit your project and meet you.
Step 4: Once the proper materials are available and the crew assembled and prepped, we’ll begin building your new remodeling project space. The length of each remodel varies based on its complexity.
We’ll be able to give you an idea of the timeframe to build your project during our in-home consultation, but you’ll have the exact timeframe stated in your contract.
Step 5: The Big Reveal – Once your space has been fully remodeled, we’ll do a walkthrough with you, show you the functionality of your new new space any answer any questions you may have. We make sure everything is to your liking.
Step 6: You enjoy your new space and get to show it off to friends!
